Advanced Hypnotherapeutics does not operate from a physical office location. All sessions are conducted remotely.

For the protection of both the client and the practitioner, all sessions are recorded. Recordings are maintained as private records and are not shared, published, or distributed without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.

Recordings may be disclosed without a waiver when required by lawful subpoena, court order, or other legal process, including requests from law enforcement or the courts.

Advanced Hypnotherapeutics will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding disclosure.

Clients acknowledge and consent to session recording as a condition of participation. Recordings are retained securely and used solely for documentation, quality assurance, and legal protection purposes unless otherwise authorized in writing by the client.

All recordings are retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the session, after which they are permanently removed from active files and securely deleted in accordance with standard data-handling practices, unless retention is required by law or ongoing legal proceedings.
